Scope of Work:
  • SITES C & D PUMPS
  • Install piping and fitting connections from existing well casings to existing site piping. Work includes pitless adapters and connections for four (4) angle wells.
  • Furnish and install pumps and associated equipment in four (4) existing angle well and two (2) vertical wells located in existing well houses.
  • Electrical, mechanical and control work at well houses and vaults and installation of electrical wiring through the various sites. Electrical work includes standby generators at Sites C&D and variable speed drives for pump motors.
  • Clean up, site restoration and all other miscellaneous work required, not herein mentioned, but inferred from the construction contract documents.
  • SITES A & E WELLS
  • Clearing, earthwork, site grading and installation of gravel surfacing for well site access roads at Sites A&E.
  • Drilling and construction of five vertical wells, three at Site A and two at Site E, with associated materials and testing.
  • Approximately 4,000 LF of piping (12” through 48” diameter) to connect the wells through the sites to the existing Lewis & Clark Raw Water Pipeline.
  • Construction of two concrete masonry well houses and three underground cast-in-place concrete valve vault structures and accessories.
  • Electrical and mechanical work at well houses and vaults and installation of electrical duct bank and wiring to the various sites. Electrical work includes standby generators at Sites A&E and variable speed drives for pump motors.
  • Furnish and install pumps and associated equipment in valve vaults and well houses for all five wells.
  • Clean up, site restoration and all other miscellaneous work required, not herein mentioned, but inferred from the construction contract documents.

  • Bid Security – Either 10% Bid Bond or a certified check, cashiers check or bank draft in the amount of 5% of the total sum of the Bid
