Scope of Work:
- NO PLANS OR PROJECT MANUAL FOR THIS PROJECT

Chip Seal approximately 25,000 square yards more or less of City Streets

Furnish all materials to complete the chip sealing process

Perform all labor necessary to complete the chip sealing process

Provide costs on a per square yard basis

Bid price shall include all applicable taxes and fees.

Bids must be prepared on a Company Proposal Form.
- All Bids should use the following specifications when submitting a Bid for this project: MC800 or MC3000 Asphalt applied at a rate of 0.3 gal/sq. yd. Aggregate shall be pea rock applied at 30lbs/sq. yd. All Work shall be completed by September 3, 2010.
