Scope of Work:
- A 3.0 million gallon composite water tower with a height to overflow of 180 ft
- Ground floor of water tower will include an 1,800 sq ft process area, including interior piping, metering and chemical feed equipment and 900 sq ft of administrative area
- Interior piping within the tower includes, but not limited to, large diameter isolation valves, air valves, check valves, flow control valves and all necessary fittings
- Chemical feed equipment will include two (2) 1,000 gallon storage tanks and associated chemical feed pumps for sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite systems
- All mechanical, electrical and control equipment necessary to provide a fully functioning facility
- Site piping including approximately 190 LF of 36”, 70 LF of 24” and 205 LF of 12” diameter piping including corrosion protection (including but not limited to galvanic anodes and coatings)
- Site work including but not limited to fill, grading, access road construction, topsoiling, seeding and restoration
- Construction of 400 LF of 8” trunk sanitary sewer pipe, a new manhole and 210 LF of 6” sanitary sewer service pipe
- Approximately 225 tons asphalt concrete composite and 450 tons of aggregate base course and
- Clean up, startup services, and all other miscellaneous work.
