Scope of Work:
- Meter Building (masonry cavity wall, wood trusses, metal roofing) on City of Tea future elevated storage reservoir site
- Meter Building (masonry cavity wall, wood trusses, metal roofing) on City of Harrisburg existing elevated reservoir site
- Site work including but not limited to fill, grading, and access roads construction
- Piping and metering appurtenances within the meter buildings including isolation valves, combination air valves, and telemetry & control systems
- General electrical and HVAC systems for the meter buildings
- 16" PVC piping connections on inlet and outlet sides of the meter buildings
- Sanitary sewer connections for the meter buildings, including furnishing & installing a holding tank at the Tea meter building
- Temporary and permanent erosion control, fencing, reclamation and seeding
- Corrosion protection system components including galvanic anodes, coating and linings
- Piping hydrostatic pressure testing and disinfection
- and Clean up and all other miscellaneous work required, not herein mentioned, but inferred from the construction contract documents.

Bid shall include all the sheets in "yellow" in the Specifications, including the following:
- Representations, Certifications and Other Statements of Offerors (Form DI-2010)
- Certificate of Nondiscrimination- Sheet CON-1
- Elimination of Segregated Facilities - Sheet EOSF-1 MBE/WBE Subcontractor Solicitation Information
- List of Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc. (to be submitted within 48 hours after Bid Opening)
- Bidders Statement of Qualifications
- Bid Form
- Bid Security - Either 10% Bid Bond or a certified check, cashiers check or bank draft in the amount of 5% of the total sum of the Bid
