Scope of Work:
  • Construction of a 6,500 s.f. single story three-bay fire truck and one bay truck wash addition. Construction of the addition will consist of exterior concrete block/brick veneer walls with a precast concrete structural tee roof system.
  • Remodel 5,800 s.f. of the existing fire station. The remodel shall include new interior wall construction (both masonry and metal stud framing) to accommodate ADA accessible restrooms, new fire chief office, training room, new kitchen cabinets, and update of interior finishes.
  • Construction of site improvements including PCCP parking lot, curb & gutter, sidewalk and landscaping.
  • All other miscellaneous work required, not herein mentioned, but inferred from the construction contract documents.
